ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA
In Kundalini Yoga we learn through movement, breathing, and chanting meditations. The key is allowing yourself to experience the link between yoga, spiritual exploration, and practical outcomes.
I offer Kundalini Yoga classes in the heart of SW Calgary in my home studio, not far from Chinook Mall. For Fall Session, there will be one multi-level class offered. Space is limited to 10 people, so please register early to save your spot. I’d love to see you there! If you are unable to attend a class, there are no refunds, transfers, or make-up classes.

MY SIGNATURE TEACHING STYLE
I offer uniquely themed Kundalini Yoga classes and workshops so people can reach their highest potential and focus on excellence to achieve good in their lives and in the world. I take the fundamentals of Kundalini Yoga and transform them into life lessons that you can apply outside the classroom.
My classes are intentional and theme-based to pack in as many valuable techniques as possible. If you are just starting, or have practiced Kundalini Yoga before, multi-level classes are perfect for you as variations are offered for beginners to advanced yogis. All levels are welcome.

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: I’m excited to share that I will be extending Fall Kundalini Classes through to December by offering up a NEW 6-week series! Thankfully, I have been able to keep my health stable, so I will continue to offer up the experience of Kundalini Yoga classes on Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30pm out of my home in SW Calgary, not far from Chinook Mall. I’m ecstatic (wah)!
DETAILS: Utilizing the tools of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, this 6-class multi-level series is for women who want to cultivate self-care, develop peace within, and increase knowledge of the Self. The wide range of exercises, depth of meditation, and strongly integrated spirituality make Kundalini Yoga stand out, even in today’s wide spectrum of available practices.
THE BIG IDEA: The intentions behind the Fall Series include exploring general health, stress reduction, personal growth, spiritual connection and good fellowship through movement, breath, awareness, meditation, and community.
