A BIT ABOUT ME
I am a catalyst for change, always have been. I have a natural talent for inspiring people to commit to a higher vision of what they can do or be. Every career choice I have made has resulted in transformation, with a marked contrast between where a person (or business) starts and where they end up. I do this by working with people to create a sustainable link between possibility and practical outcomes; helping people connect to something deep and lasting.
This is my mantra; it is at the core of everything I do. “I am a “nourisher of potential” specializing in meaning, purpose, and connection. I am passionately committed to causing a positive affect in peoples’ lives, leveraging my gifts by helping people transform their mind, body, and soul. My inspired mission is to provide good, growth and gain in my life so I can help others actualize the same in their lives.”
WHEN I’M NOT WORKING
I have a never-ending love of travel. Experiencing the beauty and awe of a place is pure magic to my soul! Fav journeys include Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Italy. This is one of the many reasons why “Paris Travel” is woven throughout my website theme.
I am an introverted extrovert who falls in the Myers Briggs world of ENFJ. That means that I love being in the thick of social interaction, but I need to go away for time on my own to rejuvenate. I’m a Sagittarian who loves freedom, truth, discovery and fun! My VIA Character Strengths Profile shows that my Signature Strengths include: Appreciation of Beauty & Excellence, Honesty, Social Intelligence, Curiosity, and Love…closely followed by Bravery and Love of Learning.
I have always been interested in healing modalities. I am a Reiki Master Teacher who has studied Shamanics, Feng Shui, and I cannot tell you just how much I love Kundalini Yoga! The practice and years of training in these areas have had a strong and positive impact on my personal development and healing efforts.
I have the most wonderful and caring husband on the planet. He is my soul-mate and forever-friend.
Another little tidbit is that I am a foodie! I love the beauty of a meal well shared… which usually constitutes feeding souls on every level… food/ conversation/ connection/ meaning…I come by my Italian Heritage very honestly. Mangia Mangia. Eat Eat. HaHa!
P.S. I love Fluevog Shoes👠 , museums🖼, mid century modern furniture🛋, and hats👒 hold a special place in my heart…or rather on my head.
